JYM Partnership are currently providing Architectural Design services for a new build 22,000sqft industrial unit in Preston. The overall project is a replacement development following a devastating fire which destroyed the previous building.

Hull Fruit Market Mixed Use Development (Site D) – Construction Value – £4,200,000
The project comprised the construction of 1st and 2nd floor apartments, ground floor retail units plus the refurbishment of existing commercial units.
This was a Science Teaching Engineering and Maths (STEM) Project – Construction Value – £7,600,000
The project comprised the full refurbishment/remodelling of existing offices, laboratories and circulation areas together with the construction of a new Atrium space between existing university buildings.
JYM Partnership’s longstanding relationship with Poynton High School, Cheshire, continues, following the successful completion of another project with the school.
The Client appointed JYM to review condition of the main stone façade at a commercial property in Birkenhead. The building is a Grade II listed former transit shed located directly on top of the Queensway tunnel from Liverpool to Birkenhead.
At JYM we are pleased to announce our appointment to Manchester City Council’s new Construction and Property Professional Services (CAPPS) Framework.
Work has been completed on the refurbishment of the Arts block at the school. Works included strip-out of all fittings, finishes and services at the school.
