Surveying and design for retail property
We provide building surveying, architectural design and project management for retail clients, from condition surveys and schedules of condition on leased units to the design and delivery of refurbishment and fit-out works.
Retail works are often carried out while stores continue to trade, so we plan and phase projects to keep disruption to customers and staff to a minimum, and act as Principal Designer under CDM where required.
