This was a Science Teaching Engineering and Maths (STEM) Project – Construction Value – £7,600,000
The project comprised the full refurbishment/remodelling of existing offices, laboratories and circulation areas together with the construction of a new Atrium space between existing university buildings.
The works were conducted over multi phases and within a fully operational university environment.
We were appointed by the client’s lead consultant to provide full pre and post contract quantity surveying services and successfully managed to deliver the project to the client’s budget.
