JYM Partnership are currently providing Architectural Design services for a new build 22,000sqft industrial unit in Preston. The overall project is a replacement development following a devastating fire which destroyed the previous building.
Comprising of production halls, two storey offices, staff amenities and canteen, the building has been designed to BREEAM rated standards and the development has required considered site management to ensure that the re-construction was carried out safely within a live 24 hour operational production facility environment.
