The project comprised the construction of 1st and 2nd floor apartments, ground floor retail units plus the refurbishment of existing commercial units.
We were appointed by Hull City Council to provide full pre and post contract quantity surveying services and, despite the challenging nature of the project, we were able to successfully deliver this project to the client’s budget.
