JYM were instructed by the Nursing Homeowner to convert an existing commercial kitchen space into a smaller more efficient kitchen area, utilising the surplus space to form another resident bedroom. Works included structural alterations, drainage alterations including installation of commercial grease trap and fit out of both spaces. All works were completed on time and within Client’s budget.
