JYM’s Architecture Team has provided Architectural services to assist in the delivery of a 2,000sqm new build Industrial unit at Walton Summit and are currently managing the final elements of a 2 year redevelopment to replace the previous building which was totally destroyed by fire.

Bolton One Community Leisure Centre Facilities Improvements – Construction value – £700,000
JYM Partnership were engaged by Lead Consultant Eric Wright FM Ltd to provide pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services on the Bolton One Leisure Facilities improvement works project commissioned by Bolton Council/One Partnership.
Industrial Unit, Walton Summit, Preston
Industrial Unit Walton Summit – Construction Value – £2,100,000
JYM Partnership are currently providing Architectural Design services for a new build 22,000sqft industrial unit in Preston. The overall project is a replacement development following a devastating fire which destroyed the previous building.
Hull Fruit Market
Hull Fruit Market Mixed Use Development (Site D) – Construction Value – £4,200,000
The project comprised the construction of 1st and 2nd floor apartments, ground floor retail units plus the refurbishment of existing commercial units.
Sheffield Hallam University
This was a Science Teaching Engineering and Maths (STEM) Project – Construction Value – £7,600,000
The project comprised the full refurbishment/remodelling of existing offices, laboratories and circulation areas together with the construction of a new Atrium space between existing university buildings.
