Industrial Unit Walton Summit – Construction Value – £2,100,000
JYM Partnership are currently providing Architectural Design services for a new build 22,000sqft industrial unit in Preston. The overall project is a replacement development following a devastating fire which destroyed the previous building.
JYM Partnership’s longstanding relationship with Poynton High School, Cheshire, continues, following the successful completion of another project with the school.
We are proud to working with Ribble Cycles on the 1000 sqm office and warehouse extension to their existing premises at Walton Summit, Preston.
