JYM Partnership are currently providing multi-disciplinary services to OCS Group Limited including Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDMC on the OCS Feltham project.
The Works include fitting out an existing refurbished factory unit comprising the installation of a mezzanine floor system, provision of back of house facilities, fire engineering work and building engineering services which will assist OCS Group in expanding their existing aviation laundry services business. The building contract has been let to Int Paragon with works to be completed over a 10 week construction period, with completion due in late 2015
