Throughout 2016, culminating in a busy summer delivery, JYM’s Surveyors are again proud to be working alongside the University of Central Lancashire’s FM Team to help deliver various maintenance and refurbishment schemes.
The projects include works to the Grade 2* St Peter’s Arts Centre, programme management of classroom refurbishments throughout the University Estate and maintenance works to the iconic Harris Building on the Fylde Road roundabout, which is soon to be transformed as part of the University’s Master Plan.
