We are pleased to welcome Sam Glossop to JYM as an Assistant Building Surveyor.
Sam first joined us on a building surveying placement in July 2026, working alongside our surveyors on technical drawing, defect diagnosis, radon monitoring, heritage projects and large-scale repair works.
He holds a BA in Architecture (RIBA Part 1) from the University of Liverpool and has recently completed an RICS and IHBC-accredited MSc in Building Conservation and Adaptation at the University of Lancashire.
Sam will work across our building surveying instructions, including condition surveys, defect inspections and repair projects, while he works towards RICS chartership.
