We are delighted to be appointed by West Lancashire Light Railway as Lead Consultant for their new building, which is set to become a vibrant visitor, volunteer and community hub. Designed with sustainability, practicality and flexibility in mind, the building will house a kitchen and combined tearoom, classroom, meeting room and training space for staff, volunteers and visitors.
The building, named Y Caban, takes inspiration from the traditional shelters used by quarrymen in North Wales.
Due for completion in late summer 2026, the project aims to create a welcoming environment for learning, collaboration and friendship.
