Our Chartered Building Surveyors and Architectural Technician’s have been hard at work over the past few months managing an initial phase of structural repairs to seafront apartments in Lytham St Annes. Works are progressing well and this week we have reached an exciting milestone with brickwork commencing to the front elevation allowing us to see our design work come to fruition.
We’re looking forward to seeing the finished project and are confident that residents will enjoy the fresh, modern update—one that respects the original character of the building while incorporating contemporary enhancements. Stay tuned for more updates as the work progresses!
