JYM Partnership are currently providing Project Management services on the extension of Oakfield Nursing Home in Forton, Lancaster.
The project includes to provide an additional 19 ensuite bedrooms to the existing facility with associated common areas, dayrooms, clinical areas, basement laundry and external works. The project is currently ongoing and construction works are being undertaken whilst the existing nursing home remains fully operational. The new extension is set to be complete in Autumn 2018.
