University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN)
Working alongside UCLan’s own FM Team, JYM have been appointed as Project and Programme Managers for the delivery of internal refurbishments and alterations throughout the University’s estate in Preston City Centre.
Works are planned to take place throughout the summer of 2015. The University has recently announced it’s own far-reaching £200 million Masterplan for extensive changes throughout it’s Preston based campus. Full details of which can be found here.
Sheffield Hallam University
JYM have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors to the delivery of phased internal refurbishments and alteration to existing education facilities and provision of a new Atrium space at the STEM Teaching Facilities at Sheffield Hallam University with an anticipated construction value of £10,000,000 and to be delivered over a 2 year period commencing in August 2015.
