JYM recently carried out a high-level roof survey at the Britannic Park apartment building in Moseley, Birmingham. Roof access was achieved where possible using the existing Mansafe fall protection line, supplemented by drone and pole-cam inspections in areas that could not be otherwise safely reached.
Following the survey, we produced a detailed report outlining identified defects, recommended remedial works, and associated budget costs. This information has been prepared to assist the Management Company of this prominent apartment block in planning and prioritising maintenance, ensuring the building remains wind- and watertight for years to come.
