We are pleased to announce our re-appointment by a national FM Provider to deliver their UK-wide Radon Gas Monitoring Programme for 2026–2027, covering more than 2,300 properties nationwide.
The re-appointment reflects the confidence placed in our ability to coordinate and deliver consistent, efficient and reliable radon monitoring at scale.
Our role covers the planning and management of the monitoring programme, including detector deployment, logistics, data management, results analysis and clear reporting. Where elevated radon levels are identified, we provide appropriate guidance and coordinate with specialist providers, including Radon Protection Advisers (RPAs) and mitigation specialists, to ensure clients have access to the right technical expertise and solutions.
Managing a portfolio of this size requires robust logistics, accurate data management and consistent processes across every location. Our centralised approach provides clients with a single point of coordination, clear oversight and a structured audit trail throughout the monitoring process.
