Surveying and design for managed residential blocks
Our services cover all aspects of building maintenance, from long-term Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and budget cost advice for service charge setting, to condition appraisals and the design and contract administration of major works.
We provide Principal Designer services under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and the Building Safety Act, so that health and safety and compliant design are built into the design and construction process. This includes coordinating design risk management, ensuring compliance with statutory duties and supporting duty holders in meeting their obligations under the building safety regime.
