We provide Principal Designer services under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and the Building Safety Act, to ensure that health and safety considerations and compliant design are embedded throughout the design and construction process. This includes coordinating design risk management, ensuring compliance with statutory duties, and supporting duty holders in meeting their obligations under the new building safety regime.
