Christopher is a Chartered Building Surveyor and an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety. Christopher has a wide experience in commercial, retail and industrial commissions, and in management of public sector maintenance commissions. Christopher also delivers professional practice services including dilapidations work and is an experienced Party Wall Surveyor.
Stuart is a Chartered Building Surveyor who joined the practice in 1998. Stuart has significant experience working with industrial, commercial and retail sector clients, including the Post Office and Royal Mail, for whom JYM has been appointed on framework agreements since 1999 to provide Building Surveying services.
Chris is a Partner and Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years industry experience providing advice and core Building Surveying services to a wide range of public and private sector Clients. Chris is also an experienced Party Wall Surveyor and is an Incorporated member of the Association for Project Safety.
Shahid has over 10 years’ construction sector experience providing technical design solutions in private/public residential, commercial, education, retail and industrial settings, working collaboratively with clients to deliver a first-class service. In addition, Shahid has over the years developed a wide understanding of Building Regulation requirements and Planning legislation. In his downtime, Shahid enjoys travelling and learning about different cultures and enjoys spending time with his family.
