JYM were appointed to deliver the full design and project management services for a new 19-bedroom extension to the care home, including a new fire-escape stairwell integrated with the existing building.
The project required significant groundworks, incorporating a piled foundation system and the formation of a basement, as well as external works to create a new parking area and landscaping.
All works were completed successfully while carefully managing operational interfaces and minimising disruption to the functioning care home throughout the construction period.
