Extending a care home while it stayed open
The project required significant groundworks, including a piled foundation system and the formation of a basement, as well as external works to create a new parking area and landscaping.
All works were completed while carefully managing the interfaces with the operational care home, keeping disruption to residents and staff to a minimum throughout construction.
