Assistant Building Surveyor
Sam joined JYM as an Assistant Building Surveyor following a building surveying placement with the practice in 2026, working alongside qualified surveyors on technical drawing, defect diagnosis, radon monitoring, heritage projects and large-scale repair works.
Sam holds a BA in Architecture (RIBA Part 1) from the University of Liverpool and an RICS and IHBC-accredited MSc in Building Conservation and Adaptation from the University of Lancashire, and is working towards RICS chartership.
