Philip is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety and an experienced Principal Designer. Apart from overseeing the Quantity Surveying division, Philip is also an experienced Project Manager, mainly to Private Clients, in the residential, student and food production markets on schemes of up to £50m in value.
